Please allow 48 hours (or 2 working days) for all repeat prescription requests to be processed. All requests must be in writing, preferably using the right side of your computer printout. Please indicate clearly what items your require. Your doctor may ask you to make an appointment if a review of your medication is overdue.
Alternatively you can post your request to the surgery, if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will post your prescription back to you.

The following chemists provide a collection service - Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy and Superdrug, please contact them directly for further information.

Please note we do not take prescription requests over the telephone.
